Anthony David Gonzalez played American football for 17 seasons, as a tight-end within the National Football League. Gonzalez is considered to be among the greatest tight ends to ever play. Alongside being the NFL's leader for receiving yards, and the third place in total receptions, Gonzalez also was one of the NFL tight end with the most receptions.
Tony Gonzalez serves as a FOX sports studio analyst. From the beginning of 2017 NFL season, Gonzalez is a regular in FOX NFL KICKOFF, FOX's hour long NFL pregame show that airs prior to FOX NFL SUNDAY, airing every Sunday morning at 11:00 am ET throughout the NFL season.
Gonzalez has resigned from the Falcons on March 15 2013. He signed a contract that was that was worth 14 million dollars over two years, in spite of his claims that he would retire at the end of the season. Randy Moss announced his retirement in 2012 as did Gonzalez (37 an age) was the an NFL's most prolific receiver.
